Already 2 months old......

 

Where did 2 months go I ask myself?  It seems like it was yesterday that we were bringing Karter home from the hospital!  In the last couple of weeks some exciting things have gone on. This update is a highlight of a few of those things. 

In the past few weeks we have had some visitors. Uncle Allen came to see us and hangout for a bit!  He gave Karter the "uncle" talk about girls! Auntie Tricia came over to visit and allow mommy to do a few things around the house. Grandma Joni and Grandpa Craig came to visit this past week from California.

This past weekend I ran in a 5k called the Rampage.  This was a goal I set before I delivered Karter not knowing if I would be medically cleared and understanding that I would probably not have any time to train for it...I was cleared 3 days before the run, had no time to train, but finished it! I was completely determined to finish my post baby goal.

 As I am updating this blog and going through pictures I realized I forgot to post some pictures with Karter's one month blog.  Each month Jasen and I are taking a picture of Karter next to his monkey to see how much he has grown.  My oh my has he grown a lot in a month's time!

 Along with having visitors, going to cheer on mommy while she runs, & hanging with Murray the Monkey, Karter has also had some time to cuddle and hang out with Mommy & Daddy.  We just can't get enough of our little man!
