4 Months Old!!!

Life has been nothing short of CRAZY for me the last few weeks. Last Monday I went back to work for the first time since June. This was one sad Mama most of last week. This week has been easier but not great. I miss Karter so much throughout the day, and find myself rushing to get home just to be able to spend a few hours with him before we have to go to bed. 

My first week back to work not only brought on a lot of tears for me, but it also brought me a cold...AWESOME right?? No, I now have a sick baby, and a sick husband.  I can hardly wait to clean and disinfect my germie home. Here is a picture of Karter at 4 months.

So far the only thing that has helped my sick little boy is TLC, hugs, TLC, the nose squeedgie thing (aspirator I think is the correct term), and also BOOGIE WIPES!!! They are wonderful smelling nose wipes for kids.  I love them and Karter doesn't mind them either. 

We also measured Karter again Murray the Monkey this month and man has our little guy grown. It was very hard to get a picture of him with his legs straight out because he likes to grab his toes, roll over, and wiggle.

Prior to Karter getting sick we had 3 month pictures taken. We got them back just in time for Christmas cards. Here are a few of our favorites.

  This past weekend Jasen and I also did something very exciting. We dedicated Karter at church.  It was a very special morning for us as we committed ourselves to raising Karter with Christian values.  Several family members and friends were there to support us and share in the special day.

 Things that Jasen and I are looking forward to:  

Christmas break off for two weeks, Karter's first birthday party (for a friend), Karter's first trip to see Santa, Our first Christmas together as a family!  Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!!  I will post another blog soon...I hope. Gotta run and go take care of my sick boys!!
